Nitro Bar had already built a loyal following in Providence, and this Newport location marked their exciting next chapter. Audrey and Sam brought us on early in the process, and it was a joy to help shape the space as it came to life. The task with this project was to capture a “coastal” feeling without leaning into anything too literal, no anchors or waves here. Instead, the mural plays with abstract shapes in dusty blue, sea green, and soft blush pink, echoing sea glass, beach grass, and sun-baked sand. Fine white linework traces oversized botanical forms added a light playful layer. The result is breezy and modern, a wall that feels like the coast without ever spelling it out.
